Team of Excellence
EPPA provides high quality emergency medicine in award-winning hospitals across Minnesota. We are a physician owned and led group of over 200 emergency-residency trained physicians staffing the EDs of multiple hospitals across the Twin Cities, St. Cloud and rural Minnesota.
Immediate openings in our CentraCare Zone (St. Cloud, Wilmar, Monticello, MN) with significant financial advantage to joining these sites:
- $100,000+ bonus over two years

Multiple Opportunities Available
Currently staffing 7 Twin Cities metro hospitals, 1 central MN hospital, 6 regional/rural sites, and 3 Urgency Rooms (free-standing facilities). Patient volumes across all sites range from 9K-75K per year. Find out more information about our EPPA practice locations.
Exceptional Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive compensation from $400-450,000 per year for full-time contract (1600 hours/year) with average RVU productivity.

- Night, weekend, holiday differentials
- Nocturnist positions possible

Supportive and Engaging Environment
We believe in our physicians and offer strong support to ensure each clinical in our group has what they need to be the very best in an environment where they can thrive.
- Shifts range from 8 hours (metro) to 12 hours (rural).
- Sites include Level 1-4 trauma centers across multiple hospital systems.
- Residents (emergency medicine, family medicine) at some locations.
- EPIC EMR available at all locations.
- Variable workload based on site, ranging from 1.2-2 patients per hour.
